I have 20 years of experience in teaching Maths and Further Maths in English or in Mandarin from age 11 to A Level. My teaching experience is reinforced by my qualifications, including a BSc in Maths and an MSc in Computer science.

I have worked for 8 years as a maths lecturer in a college in China, and as a private tutor here in the UK for the past 15+ years . I thoroughly enjoying teaching and believe that every student has the right to the best education they can get. I also believe that learning should be an enjoyable experience, and have developed the ability to explain even the most boring subjects in an enjoyable way. My experience has developed in me the strong personal skills required to be an effective teacher: communicating difficult concepts in a simple manner for students to grasp quickly.
