I am a Mathematics, Science, Art and Physics tutor. My approach to teaching is very student-centric, hands-on and individualized catering to each childs unique learning ability in a way that boosts their performance and confidence in schools.

I have taught in multiple schools in Karachi, Pakistan for the past 6 years and I have tutored privately for the past 7 years now. My students were from both primary and secondary levels ranging from ages 2.5 to 14 and my experience is based on both in-person teaching in schools and home-based and online tutoring (post-COVID).

My tutoring was catered to assisting students struggling to maintain good grades in school, those students sitting for entry exams to different schools, for 2-3 months of examination preparation and for holiday pre-school preparation. My teaching, in schools and as a tutor would begin with first asking the students what they know about the topic in question. I would encourage the students to participate and share their knowledge. I would then follow this by explaining the topic myself, along with examples, after which I would ask the student/s to volunteer and solve some questions. this would then be followed by practice questions or written work. My classes would be based mainly on a lot of class participation.
