Hi! I am currently doing a degree in Computer Science at Kings College London. My main subject is Maths. My teaching style is very flexible and suited perfectly for each student. I focus on developing the fundamentals before complex sums.

I have experience teaching students of different age groups (mainly Maths) and have received the Duke of Edinburgh’s award for tutoring students. I also have about 3 years of tutoring experience both face to face and online across many exam boards.
My approach is very flexible and is adapted to suit the needs of each individual student. It involves understanding basic concepts and applying them in different scenarios.
Preferred year groups for Maths are Y8 to Y12 (First year of A levels).

During each lesson I would first do a quick recap and the topics taught previously to ensure that the student has these concepts in their mind. I would also provide homework so that the student can practice these topics between sessions and usually leave a few minutes towards the end of the class to review it.

The exams will have questions of increasing difficulty and exam questions may sometimes be fairly tricky so I believe that completing past papers is a great advantage for the student and this is why I would go through past papers questions in parallel with theory to ensure the student is confident and aware of what to expect when facing the exam, helping them to achieve exceptional grades.
