Hi, my name is Saskia. My main subjects are French, Spanish and English literature. My teaching style varies, but my main approach is tailoring lessons to the students requests, as I believe tutoring should be something helpful - not stressful!

I have taught both in person and online for over three years now. My students have ranged from 12 to 16 years old, but I am more than happy to accept students of all ages. I mainly tutor at GCSE level, helping students to achieve the highest grades possible. I do this through explicitly asking what students would find helpful in each session so I can ensure that lessons directly target the areas that they need the most support in.

I also try and avoid setting homework as tutoring is different to a conventional lesson in class. I believe that talking through solutions is generally more beneficial than independent work.
