Teaching for the last 19 years, using the US, AUS and UK curriculum has provided me with a wide set of skills. I was a former Head of Year, which has furthered my management and training expertise and which I utilise in my online lessons.

I provide my students with a cross-curricular approach to learning. I use a multifaceted approach to my lessons, which enables students to grasp the target knowledge in a way that works for their learning style. I have a happy and relaxed disposition whilst encouraging my students to stay engaged throughout the lesson.

I am a well experienced teacher, having spent more than 19 years in education (China 2004-2020; UK 2020-2023). I have taught a range of students, mostly in British international schools, which has equipped me to work with a wide range of cultures, academic levels and desired learning pathways.

I have successfully mentored many students through the interview and orientation exam for private schools in Mainland China, all of which were accepted to the school of their choice.
