I am a BSc Chemistry graduate from UCL with 5 years' tutoring experience in both 1:1 and classroom based settings. My lessons are structured to identify strengths and build on them, whilst focussing on areas for further improvement.

I have 5 years' of tutoring experience covering all exam boards and all the main science subjects, working with students from the start of year 7 to the end of year 13.

I focus on the fundamentals of a subject to ensure that students grasp the core principles and concepts. Once they have achieved that core understanding, students grow in confidence and can accelerate at a rapid rate, especially when working on a 1:1 basis with me.

I have seen students change their whole attitude to their subject through this dedicated attention. Subjects that had previously baffled them suddenly make sense, simply by taking the time needed to explain the concepts and consolidate the learning. It is incredibly rewarding for student and tutor alike and this results in excellent exam outcomes.
