I bring over 20 years of experience teaching mathematics and science with a strong focus on secondary school students. My career has allowed me to work with a wide range of learners, and I've developed a teaching style that is clear, adaptable, and student-centred. Since moving to the UK, I have been working as an online tutor helping students across Key Stages 2, 3 and GCSE levels. I also have hands-on classroom experience as a teacher in a variety of UK schools, including mainstream SEN and alternative provision settings. This has deepened my understanding of different learning needs and allowed me to tailor lessons accordingly.

As a tutor, I focus on building strong foundations, improving confidence and preparing students for assessments in a structured but engaging way. I use visual explanations, practice problems, and real-world examples to make lessons effective and enjoyable. I also check in regularly on student progress and adapt my methods to suit their pace and goals. With a calm and supportive approach, I aim to help every student feel capable, motivated and empowered in their learning journey.
