I am a qualified teacher and have been teaching Music Practical and Theory since 1985. I have trained in Speech and Drama, Creative Dancing and Art. I have organized several workshops for varying ages and work closely with community groups in Newham

I have had 32 years of teaching experience in various schools in Jamaica, including Vaz Preparatory School, St. Georges College, Forest Hill Preparatory school and Early Childhood Centre, Meadowbrook High School and St. Andrew High school for Girls. I was employed as a choir director and music during my tenure, but I was also actively involved in extra-curricular activities such as Girls Brigade (Guiding), hospitality and other performing and Visual Arts which supported students' personal development and life-skills training. I continue to be involved voluntarily with community groups.
