Teaching experience
I have quite a bit of experience in this field, having taught KS2 Mathematics in my local library to children as well as tutoring GCSE mathematics to many students in my siblings classes. I was also a student prefect in Ilford county high school, a grammar school in Barkingside, where I also tutored year 12 students in AS level mathematics.
I was also a Computer Science tutor at my local primary school, where I taught after-school classes in the school on the basics of Programming using a high level block based visual programming language tool called Scratch. In the above role, I had to create lesson plans as any teacher would, something a tutor traditionally does not do.
During my undergraduate degree, I studied Mathematics with Finance and Economics, achieving 1st class and the Tanner prize for Computational Mathematics. I helped many of my peers in certain modules where I achieved 100% and gave virtual lessons to some, teaching them the techniques.
