My main subjects include Science, English. I have been focusing recently on English Literature and English Language. I like to use exam questions to improve exam technique but my lessons are always focused on what the student wants to achieve.

My experience so far has been with education platforms, which I have been teaching on since November last year. Predominantly so far my students have all been GCSE level and the lessons are focused on helping them reach their target grades for the upcoming GCSEs.

My teaching style is student centred. If the teacher hasn provided any areas of focus, I start with a past paper to gain an understanding of knowledge. Once some key areas have been developed I take this forward to plan future lessons.

I think its always important to refer back to what the student wants to focus on and develop as the sessions are for them. Im just there to help them get the most out of the sessions.

From my tutoring so far its important to adapt to each student and plan the lessons around them.
