I teach English, Maths, and Science for KS1-KS4 students and English to KS5 as well. My teaching style is relaxed and varied to give students a chance to consolidate, enhance and improve the knowledge they have gained from studying their subjects.

I have taught for multiple online tutoring companies and privately as a freelance tutor. I have taught over 100 students for a combined total of over 2000 hours.

I started tutoring when I joined university (I am graduating in the summer of 2023). I have helped students from ages 4 - 60 with their studies including SATs, 11+, GCSE, AS and A levels.

My teaching approach is tailored to the student, with our first lesson together assessing what the student is looking for and what will help them to achieve their academic goals. Lessons often combine revision, consolidation tasks and independent practice once the student feels confident enough. Talking through worked examples is also a great way for students to learn and this is often incorporated into a lesson.

I believe that increasing a student's confidence can help incredibly and give them an edge in the subject they are learning.
