I am highly experienced in tutoring GCSE & A-level Economics & Math for all topic content, exam technique and revision strategies. As a student I studied Economics, Maths & Further Maths and earned a BSc Economics at the London School of Economics.

As a multi-lingual (English, Mandarin and Cantonese) and former football coach for Chelsea FC, I decided to transfer my communication and motivational skills to academic tutoring 3 years ago.

I have tutored students in 11+, 13+, 16+ entrance exams for top competitive UK school entries. My tutoring expertise comprises ISEB/CAT4/UKiset pre-test in Maths, English Verbal, Non-verbal, Spatial and Quantitative reasonings, as well as Common Entrance Exams in Maths and English. I am also highly experienced in preparing students for 1-2-1 and group interviews to help them show off their best selves and to create a good first impression.

Students I have tutored have gained entry to / are currently studying in top schools in the UK such as Kings School Wimbledon, St Pauls, Dulwich College, Oundle, Abingdon, Wycombe Abbey etc.

Additionally, I am highly experienced in tutoring Maths & Further Maths, Economics and Chinese from KS2/3 to GCSEs & A-levels, with 100% of my GCSE students and 84% of my A-level students achieving at least Grade 8 and A*/A respectively.

My expertise for A-level Economics includes topic contents in theme 1&3 (Microeconomics) and 2&4 (Macroeconomics), exam technique (including long question answering and essay writing techniques) and revision strategies across multiple exam boards. My tutoring experience in A-level Maths and Further Maths includes all Pure, Mechanics and Statistics concepts, past paper and exam techniques.
