I teach Chemistry Biology and Mathematics driven by my passion for science. As a final-year Chemistry student I bring real-world experience from my industry placement and research work.My teaching style is supportive and interactive.

I specialize in teaching Chemistry but I also teach Biology and Mathematics reflecting my broader passion for science and problem-solving. My academic background is rooted in Chemistry I'm in the final year of an Integrated Masters degree with a year in industry. While at Seagate Technology I worked in the Research and Development department conducting hands-on research on photonic devices. This experience and my current project in Dr. Cooper's research group exploring supramolecular chemistry for nanotechnology applications have fuelled my enthusiasm for teaching and continued learning.

I have over 3 years of teaching experience working with students aged 12 to 21 from KS3 to HE level and I've received positive feedback for my engaging and effective teaching style. I strive to make lessons interactive supportive and tailored to individual needs creating a safe space where students feel comfortable asking questions. I know how challenging science and math can sometimes feel and I'm here to make these subjects approachable and enjoyable. In my sessions, I focus on understanding and retention. I often begin with quick recap questions to reinforce previous topics and build a strong foundation.

I'm a big advocate for exam paper practice -practice makes permanent as long as it's done the right way Lessons are always personalized if a student has a preferred learning style or needs extra support in a particular area I adapt my approach to ensure their success. Open communication is important to me and I regularly check in to make sure students feel supported and confident in their learning. Whether it's Chemistry Biology or Maths my goal is to help students achieve their academic goals while nurturing their curiosity and love for learning.
