My name is Bless Ngoma I am a 2:1 Oxford Graduate. My approach to tutoring is to make learning fun and engaging. Over my 2 years of tutoring experience, I've found that students are most engaged when learning is personalised and interactive.

The areas of my tutoring that my skill set are of particular use:

1. KS3 & GCSE Level: I am comfortable teaching GCSE business studies, French, Religious studies and history. As a history graduate, I have developed a broad knowledge of historical periods from ancient to post-modernity. As a native French speaker, I am also very comfortable with teaching this subject. I achieved the equivalent of an A* for religious studies and an A in business studies which highlights my confidence with these subjects and the tools I can help equip candidates for.

2. A-Level: I can provide tuition in French, Economics and History and an Extended Project Qualification. Whilst I can tutor for all specifications, I have particular knowledge of Economics (A) with Edexcel and AQA for French and History. My grades for these exams are A*A*AA.

3. Oxbridge/higher education mentoring: I also provide guidance for all aspects of the Oxbridge admissions process from writing personal statements, preparing for the admissions tests, interview tips and advice on which submitted work to provide. This particular knowledge stems from working alongside charities such as Target Oxbridge to provide informative Oxbridge panels and also from my time as an Access and Outreach officer with my University’s African and Caribbean society. Through working with these charities and also through providing bespoke one-to-one sessions with some mentees, I have helped 100% of my students attain an interview.
