I believe the most important thing is to make sure students feel safe to make mistakes because mistakes are our greatest teacher. The safety to make mistakes is what helps students perform, take risks and build confidence.

I have a total of 6 years of teaching experience. I spent my first 4 years of teaching in a school that is in the top 1% of all schools in the UK, before seeking a new challenge. I benefited from working with exceptional teachers, offering me extensive professional development supplementing my own drive to become the best teacher I can be. My meticulous approach in teaching has resulted in outstanding results for all students up until GCSE level. During my career I have also effectively taught different curriculums i.e. IB, GCSE and IGCSE.
