Anastasia

Hi, my name is Anastasia and I am an English and French GCSE tutor and an A-Level French tutor. My teaching style focuses on the student: I allow them to guide the lesson and decide the focus areas, which we go on to tackle together.

I have dedicated over 200 hours to formal tutoring, both independently and in collaboration with tutoring companies. My specialism is in English GCSE (Literature and Language) and beginner to A-Level French. This has comprised of tutoring one student for French A-Level, three students for English GCSE, three students for French GCSE, one student for KS3 French, one student for KS3 English, and one student as a beginner in French (helping them achieve A1 Level).

Tutoring students across the country has required me to adapt to various exam boards proficiently, learning the different develop an ability to simplify and convey complex concepts. I organise each lesson to my students’ personalised needs and ensure that any homework they are assigned is marked before the start of the lesson.
