Amishi

My main subjects are Maths, Geography and Economics as I studied these at A Level. I teach based on the students aims and abilities. In lessons, my aims are always to ensure the student is confident and comfortable with the content.

My teaching experience includes 2 years of in-person tutoring for the 11+, working on English, Maths, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning. I have also privately conducted online KS2 English tutoring. Currently, I tutor Spoken English (as a second language) online to a large age range.

My teaching style works around the students aims and abilities. I do my best to get regular feedback and check in with how the student is feeling about the content we cover. I tend to work in an orderly manner e.g. reviewing the last sessions content, outlining todays content, working through the content together, and summarising the session.
