I teach English KS1-KS3 as well as GCSE English and 11+. My teaching style is encouraging interaction- encouraging students to ask questions. My focus is for the students to achieve or be on track to achieving the learning objectives.

I have extensive tutoring experience. In my tutoring career, I have tutored students from the age of 6-16 with a primary focus on students aged 8-12.

My first tutoring experience was at the Tarich Tuition Centre where I tutored KS3 English to groups of 3-6 students ranging from age 12-14. I then moved on to online tutoring at a private tutoring company where I continued teaching KS3 English on a one-to-one basis and a group of 3 students. I also tutored 11+ English, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning online to 8-10 year-olds. I have also tutored one-to-one for KS1-KS3 English as well as KS2 Maths.

I have a basic structure where I have a starter, the main part of the lesson where I set 1-2 tasks and a conclusion. My teaching approach is actively observing whether the student is reaching the learning objectives and encouraging students to ask questions and at each stage of the lesson.
