A senior teaching practitioner with 25 years experience in Human Resources, Business and Food Safety. My style is a facilitative, coaching style but I am able to adapt my style to meet my learners needs.

I have taught in industry, in food manufacturing, telecommunications, and finance as well as in mainstream schools and colleges. The majority of my teaching is now done on-line or face-to-face from home, but I also teach at Chesterfield College and Learning Unlimited Derby individually as well as to groups of apprentices and adult learners. I am currently teaching, Management and Leadership at Level 3 and 5, Business HNC at Level 4, Human Resources Level 3 and Level 5 and Food Safety L2, L3, and L4.

When starting to teach a new learner, it is important to ascertain the starting point in order to ensure that the sessions are designed, structured and delivered at the right pace and at the right level. The age range I currently teach is 16+. My youngest learner is 16 and my oldest learner is 58.

I am also able to teach groups. If you wish to be taught in a group please let me know and we can agree lessons accordingly.
