I am a trained and experienced language teacher with a PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages from the University of Sheffield, Qualified Teacher Status in the UK and CELTA certification.

I have over 20 years of language teaching experience at all levels. I have been teaching online for more than 10 years and my approach is communicative, but with enough emphasis on grammar to ensure that my students feel confident expressing themselves. I have taught in secondary and primary schools, run nursery and adult education classes, and worked for large language schools abroad. I have also been tutoring privately for most of that time and clients have included both GCSE and A-Level students and adult learners.

My lessons are completely tailored to the needs of the student and I have an excellent track record of helping students to achieve top grades. I aim to help people feel much more confident from the very first lesson.
