I teach Psychology A-Level all the way to degree level. I usually like to use the first lesson with the student to organise a plan for each lesson in the lead up to exams. I focus on ensuring students learn in the way they feel is effective for them.

I have taught Psychology A-level with a previous tutoring company and I also had tutored privately for students at my old sixth form. I teach from ages 16 to 21 and I have taken students through graded exams.

I like to use my first lesson with the student to understand where they are at present. This would give me an idea of where to start and what to focus more on in lessons. I also like to prepare a word document for each student, which contains each lesson plan in the lead-up to exams. Before each lesson, I will send this to the student to see if they are happy with the plan and they can add anything they would like to cover.
