I teach Maths, Chemistry and Physics with a flexible teaching style. Typically, the lessons would be split between explaining concepts and then going through exam-style questions. However, this can be focused on a specific area.

I have taught for another tutoring site, completing over 600 lessons and receiving over 90 5* reviews across the past 3 years. I have taught students across KS3, GCSE and A Level, but have mostly had experience teaching GCSE and A Level students, who have benefitted greatly through the lessons, as their understanding of certain concepts had greatly improved, helping them achieve or exceed their target grades for the final exams.

During the lessons, I would spend the first half of the lessons discussing a certain concept and then going through an example question related to this topic. The second half of the lesson would be then more focused on answering tutorial and exam-style questions. However, the structure of the lessons is very flexible and can change depending on the student's needs.

An alternative lesson structure that I have commonly carried out is where students come to the lesson with questions they want to go through in the lesson that they have seen during their revision or in class, and we would go through this within the lesson.
