Abdullah

Hi my name is Abdullah, a penultimate year student studying Mechanical Engineering. As a Masters student I have years of experience in my subject and have tutored students at all ages throughout my learning.

The subjects I teach and have had many students for are: Mathematics, Chemistry and ICT, with tutees between the ages of 11 to 19. I am able to cover the content of the different exam boards with students, including Edexcel, AQA and OCR. My teaching style involves starting with the tutee's strengths and weaknesses, from which I develop a detailed plan of learning needs agreed with the tutee. I then develop a series of lesson plans to address the learning needs, with regular practice questions that can help to further assess the tutee's understanding.
I believe in the value of building a strong collaborative relationship with each tutee and pursuing clear goals with them, celebrating progress as we achieve each of these goals.
